As part of our ongoing mission to give back to the community that supports us, the Monona Community Festival has created a scholarship to award to deserving students at Monona Grove High School. The scholarship is named to honor the memory of Dan Johnson.

DAN JOHNSON

A 2005 graduate of Monona Grove High School, lost his life in 2010 while serving in Afghanistan as part of an Air Force Explosive Ordinance Disposal team. Dan was a extraordinary individual with a strong sense of duty, qualities that the scholarship recipients must posses.
